Afla-OtaCLEAN Combined Immunoaffinity Column for the Aflatoxins B1, B2, G1 and G2 and Ochratoxin A
Aflatoxins and Ochratoxin A are produced by storage funi and can often be found in conjunction in food and feed, like e.g. cereals. Work is significantly facilitated, when extracts can be analysed for several mycotoxins in one step. For this sample preparation LCTech offers the combined immunoaffinity column Afla-OtaCLEAN.
The column is tolerant towards many matrices and allows comprehensively cleaning up the aflatoxins B1, B2, G1 and G2 as well as Ochratoxin A. With a load capacity of 150 ng (Aflatoxin B1) and 200 ng (Ochratoxin A) the measuring range is wide.LCTech monitors each production step with comprehensive controls. The columns are delivered with a quality certificate and protocols for handling different matrices.
The recovery rates are very good as shown by the subsequent examples:

The column is available in the practical 3 mL polypropylene format. Each 25-pack will contain a quality certificate and protocols for the processing of different matrices.
