Ideally suited for high-throughput laboratories requiring reliability and reproducibility, the GPC ULTRA is optimized for unattended operation, low maintenance, and consistent recoveries. Each component is engineered for robustness and low maintenance, and the GPC ULTRA provides the ease of use necessary for increased throughput and worry-free operations.
The system is also used as automated evaporator. Thus samples can be precisely concentrated from an undefined volume to a defined one.
AUTOMATED GEL PERMEATION CHROMATOGRAPHY SYSTEM
The GPC VARIO is developed for the cleanup of extracts during sample preparation for the analysis of residues and contaminants.This cleanup is a mandatory part of the common methods like L 00.00-34 according to Â§ 64 LFGB, EN 12393, EN 1528, AOAC No. 984.21 or US EPA SW-846 3640A. Moreover the system is also used for the analysis of PAH, PCB, dioxins, phthalats or mycotoxins.
Due to its high flexibilty of hardware and software it is applied for many tasks in public and private laboratories.The system contains all necessary components like a high quality LC pumb and a combined autosampler / fraction collector.The GPC system allows for variable setups, for example of the column size, injection volume, the flow rate, depth of needle immersion and other important parameters.
The sample rack of the combined autosampler / fraction collector can be easily exchanged. You can either handle more samples with smaller main fractions or less samples with larger main fractions. The system ist designed for daily laboratory routine: It is robust, quiet, shows low emissions and spares user and environment. The follow-up costs are extraordinarily low.
AUTOMATED EVAPORATOR FOR SERIAL CONCENTRATORS
At the heart of the EVA is a uniquely designed evaporation chamber that uses laser controls for accuracy and reproducibility. Utilizing the best features of rotary vacuum evaporation design, this chamber has been optimized for final volume accuracy and variable evaporation speeds.
The rotary evaporator design uses centrifugal force and frictional force between the wall of the rotating flask and the liquid sample to form a thin film of warm solvent spread over a large surface area. The forces created by the rotation suppress violent, unpredicted boiling or bumping. The rotational design combines a silicon oil bath for consistent heat transfer with a laser-directed volume control to allow for precisio either fast or gentle evaporation of solvents.
The shape of the evaporation chamber has a unique wide upper chamber and a narrow, tube-shape lower chamber. The width of the upper chamber allows solvent to spread around the walls, which optimizes heat transfer and maximizes surface area for evaporation. The narrow lower chamber acts as a collection tube and enables very accurate, level measurements with a laser at the end stages of evaporation.
Utilizing the easy-to-use vario PC software or the keypad, the system can customize evaporation profiles for each individual sample and setup for unattended operation overnight or through weekends. Matched with several auto-sampler rack configurations, the EvA offers the flexibility and precision required in todayâ€™s busy laboratories.

The LCTech GPC columns are designed for easy and self-explanatory handling. Due to their robustness they can be used for every-day analysis in laboratories.
The columns are available filled or unfilled as well as in different lengths and filling heights. Suitable filling kits are provided for easy refilling.
NEW: Long GPC column with variable filling height of 510-640 mm and an inner diameter of 25 mm for diverse clean-up tasks in the environmental analysis.
